Our next featured artist

could be YOU!

In celebration of the Bicentennial Year 2020, instead of one featured artist, we are turning to our talented community and accepting submissions for our April General Conference Workbook!

In celebration of the Bicentennial Year, we will be featuring artwork centered around the restoration of the gospel. This is a broader topic than you might think, we'd invite you to revisit President Nelson's closing remark's from October's conference!

We will be going in with a very open mind, so don't be afraid to think outside the box!

We will only include faith-promoting content that is inline with the teachings and doctrines of the church. We will not accept content that features profanity, is inappropriate, degrading, or disrespectful in anyway.

Seems silly to even mention as we have total trust in our community to submit nothing but the good and the lovely!

The Work + Wonder team will review the submissions and select 30 pieces to invite our community to vote on their favorites!

From those results, the Work + Wonder team will select the 10 pieces to be published in the workbook; 1 cover, 1 back cover, and 8 interior pieces.

We are welcoming just about every type of medium that could be framed on a wall; oil, acrylic, graphite, charcoal, digital illustration, photography, collage, lithography, pastels, just to name a few!

Artwork will need to be photographed at high quality in order to be included and printed in the workbook.

We will only accept hi-res images. Please do not send actual artwork. There is no limit to how many you may submit.

Accepted file types are .jpg, .png, and .pdf. Please keep in mind file size, if it is too large to submit, shrink it down, and we can always reach out for a larger/original file upon selection.

We are so excited to award our 10 deserving  winners as follows:

Cover: $500 + 5 workbooks

Back cover: $300 + 4 workbooks

8 interior pieces: $250 + 3 workbooks

Prize money will be paid March 1st in one payment. No commissions will be offered.

When submitting your artwork, we'll invite you to include a brief description of your piece that would pair with it if published in the workbook.

We'll also give you the opportunity to share more about your piece, the process, why you felt it fit within the theme, etc.!

You have until 11:59 pm on January 11th, 2020 to submit your artwork. Artwork submitted after that date will not be considered.

Artwork received before Nov. 29th will also be considered to be featured in our first issue of The Collective!

The 20 finalists selected per community vote will be given the opportunity to sell their prints of their pieces on our website post-conference!

Printing is handled by a third party, Work + Wonder will take care of shipping, and further details and commissions will be decided soon after selection.
